This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and busy Property Letting Agent based in St. Andrews town centre.

We want to hear from you if you are a proactive and upbeat team-player who has the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You should be a confident communicator with outstanding customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectations. Potential candidates must have the ability to prioritise works as well as show flexibility and willingness to learn and ‘get stuck-in’, helping out team members. No job should be too small.

Job Role: • Taking all potential tenant enquires via email, telephone and fact-to-face
• Booking and carrying out property viewings at our properties in Fife and Edinburgh
• Processing tenant applications and references
• Preparing tenancy agreements and carrying out lease signings
• Processing notice to quits from tenants
• Preparing and uploading property schedules
• Lodging tenant deposits
• Assisting with property inspections, inventories and property maintenance issues
• Participating in general office tasks

Experience Required: • Working with a high attention to detail
• Working as part of a team as well as on own
• Previous experience of working in property letting would be ideal
• Must have full UK drivers licence
• Efficient, organised and driven individual
• First class presentation and communication skills face to face, over the telephone and in writing
• Be able to manage a busy and varying workload
• First class attention to detail and high accuracy skills
• PC literate and confident in – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential
• Proven track record in providing an exceptional client service
