Out of hours help;

If you have an emergency out of hours, we are here to help.

Examples of matters considered to be an emergency would be;

• Heating/Hot Water failure in colder months
• Electrical failure contained only to your property (i.e. not a Power Cut)
• Lock failure where the lock or door has failed and you cannot access or exit your property

Smell gas? If you smell gas, do not operate electrical switches, light matches, or smoke. Instead, immediately open all doors and windows to ventilate the area, then evacuate your home and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 from a safe distance outside your property. An engineer will be dispatched to investigate and make the situation safe
